William Toro, callsign Wolf, from Bogota, Colombia, arrived in Ukraine in March 2022. Initially posing as a humanitarian volunteer, he later joined the International Legion of Clowns and then a GUR Rogue unit led by Sergey Trepshin, serving as a sniper. He is still alive.
